I had the pleasure working with the phenomenal nutritionist, Danielle. Making major changes to your daily eating can be hard. Danielle gentle assistance help me make those changes. My goal was to change my eating habits. Danielle will check on me daily and weekly to make sure I was staying on course, with positive affirmation. She has helped me in a positive way, I hope she can also help you.
This is a virtual or in office coaching experience for your company, team, gym, or fitness studio. I will provide strategies to support productivity, stress management, and positive team atmosphere by creating healthy habits.
In detail it includes:
I started Danielle’s program at the beginning of the year after I had over eaten during the Christmas holiday. I was unhappy and uncomfortable in my body and I knew that I had to make a change but it was not just a physical change, it was also a mental change, mental cleansing.
During the program I learn different techniques for my mindset and for self-care.
and the change in my body from cutting out all these foods and then slowly introducing foods back in really made a difference.
Danielle teaches you a way to be healthy as you love yourself in a way that is practical and that you can keep up long after you’ve completed her program.

After six weeks of working out and modifying my eating habits, I came to a stand still on my weight loss journey, I was literally “stuck” at 13 lbs down. I implemented a few of the recipes from the 14-day Clean Eating at a Glance Guide, and I lost an additional three pounds in the first week. I have never been a fan of smoothies, but the “Fig It” and “Live Smoothies” are now two of my go-to recipes. I don’t just have them for breakfast, sometimes I will switch it up and have one for lunch. They both taste good and are very fulfilling.I realized that not just working out but being conscience of what it is that I am putting into my body makes a difference. Danielle has helped me realize that it is not as hard to adjust our lifestyles as we make it out to be, it is really a mindset shift. I’ve accepted that dieting is short-term and not the best route to becoming a healthier me but committing to a lifestyle change will be most beneficial to me in the long run. Danielle gave me the nudge I needed to get back on the right path of a healthy lifestyle. I love her tips, positivity, and high energy. I especially love her quick and easy smoothie recipes; I make them every morning now! She is a ball of bright light on my health journey and is always there to lift me up when I get off track.
